Beatnick Dee (Prisma Music Library) and DJ Rybe (Smuggled Audio) collaborate on their new sample pack, Cross Section. This unique and highly versatile library of 13 original compositions is inspired by 60's Psychedelic Rock, Jazz, Cinematic Soul, R&B, Gospel, and Horror soundtracks. Each sample was crafted with meticulous detail using modern and vintage analog gear, live instruments including Bass, Guitar, and Flute, as well as a few VST instruments.

Gear used includes Yamaha SK20, Sequential Six Trak, Sequential Prophet 6, Kastam SS-102 tape echo, Roland Re-201 Space Echo, Yamaha TX7, Behringer Poly D, Behringer Solina String Ensemble, Moog Grandmother, Flute, Stratocaster Guitars, Epiphone Gibson Special & Ibanez bass!

Beatnick Dee is a producer and sample composer born in the Bay Area, raised in Somerset, England, and now based in Los Angeles.

He’s worked with a wide range of artists including Wiz Khalifa, Biggie, Faith Evans, Smoke DZA, Blu, Vinnie Paz, Cappadonna, Ill Bill, Fredwreck, Beat Butcha, and many more. He's also been working with emerging talent, singer Minnie Merda, producing songs featured on Snoop Dogg’s Death Row Summer compilation, and Netflix’s #1 movie of summer 2022, “Day Shift.
